              I was looking for a used vehicle. However, the numbers made better sense to get a new vehicle and have the peace of mind with warranties, saftey features and such. The Sales Persone, Josh Fink, was most friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I would certainly refer friends in the future. Thank you.

              On May third, my service engine soon light...

              On May third, my service engine soon light came on. I brought the Malibu in (it was a Friday) to have it checked. I was due for routine service, so I asked that be taken care of as well. When I dropped it off Joe shared that he was down a tech for the day and didn't know if he would be able to get the Malibu looked at. Not knowing what the issues was, I didn't want to take any chances, so I left it to be taken care of as soon as convenient, and since I had access to another vehicle, it wasn't too time critical. Joe explained that the diagnostic service would require an hour labor to execute and analyze - and would be out of pocket if the warranty did not cover the repair. I authorized the diagnostic and the service (27 point inspection and oil change). Joe called later that afternoon to let me know he was able to do the diagnostic - and it was a catalytic converter - which was still under warranty. He said it would be Monday for the parts and the installation. On Monday, all the requested work was completed and I was able to pick up car. As an added bonus, I had a coupon too! Thanks Brown Daub, it was truly a pleasure! John Stocker

              My mom purchased a Chevy Captiva on...

              My mom purchased a Chevy Captiva on Saturday, May 4. She brought it home, I drove it and loved it. On Monday, May 6, my mom and I went to the dealership to look at the one remaining Captiva on the lot. I took it for a test drive and knew I had to have it. As soon as I returned from the test drive there was someone else was there to look at it. I immediately put money down on the vehicle to hold it. I had to go home to get my car and went back that same night to purchase my Captiva. It was an easy and pleasant experience- at no point was I pressured into purchasing the car. My sales rep Mike Bubnis was very easy-going and personable. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely recommend Mike and Brown Daub Chevy to everyone I know.

              We brought our 2012 Traverse in for...

              We brought our 2012 Traverse in for regular maintenance. We also were having a problem with the seat locking mechanism. The service tech informed us that we could have the inspection and emissions done at the same time, which we chose to do. We were comfortable in the waiting room while the service was performed. Unfortunately, the track for the seat locking mechanism had to be ordered, so we will need another trip to Nazareth. We were surprised to find the car had been washed after it was serviced, Thank you!! That is a nice feature for customers!

              Just didn't think I would be there for 3...

              Just didn't think I would be there for 3 1/2 hrs,,,,waiting for repairs needed for inspection,,sounded like it would not be long,,,but sat there that long,,,would have gotten someone to pick me up,,appt was at 9,,,left at 12.40
