Lehigh Valley General Motors Technicians Go World Class

At Brown Daub Chevrolet Volvo we recently had 2 General Motors Technicians receive GMs highest level of training and accomplishment. Mike Buskirk and Jim Curran have achieved the level of World Class as described by GM standards. There are only about 712 Technicians of this level out of 40000 GM Technicians in the U.S.A. Together Mike and Jim have over 50 years experience. They had to complete all levels of training along with going to 10 hands on assessments where their skills were judged and scored by GM training experts. Also as a requirement they have passed all B.A.S.E. skill tests as well as A.S.Es Advance Test l1 to be a Certified Master A.S.E. Technician. There is only 1 other technician of this level to meet all these standards in the Lehigh Valley. Mike and Jim met these requirements in the late fall last year and then a GM executive made a visit to the dealership to present them with this outstanding achievement.
