I had sold the mustang that i had and was looking for an inexpensive SUV that I could pay cash for, just something simple to last a few years (we just purchased a fixer-upper house and i really didn't want to deal with a car payment) I spent time looking online at cars.com and auto-trader and found several I was interested in at multiple dealerships. I took the better part of the afternoon calling around trying to get info on the trucks, and when most of the salespeople realized that they couldn't upsell me i wasn't given the time of day. I called Dennis at your dealership and he not only checked on the SUV i was looking at, but he checked the others on the lot and got right back to me, he was polite freindly and never pushy, in fact i gave him my debit card number to hold the truck until the next day. As a single mom with a full time job and a boyfriend that works on the road time is usually tight. He took the time with me the next day to go over all of the paperwork and gave me the keys so that i could pick the truck up over the weekend. Everything went smoothly and I love the SUV. (and what the other dealerships didn't realizis that i have 3 teenage step childern and will be purchasing a new vehicle for myself once the house is completed, so you will be seeing us agin many times in the next few years) thanks again
